Unknown buyer? Like it’s not some random people hoping to flip .0002’s at .0003?
Do you really believe there’s some insider information that we are not privy to? It’s been 3 years and we still don’t even have a website, but you think there’s some mystery investor buying hundreds of millions of shares of a company with no employees, no revenue, no deals, no website, and no products?
This is how a pump and dump works. 3 years ago we didn’t know ONCI was a scam and it allowed the PPS to run to pennies. Now, everyone knows this is a scam- we can see .0004, or maybe .0005 if we’re really lucky, but anything above that is a pipe dream!
