My only hope is 12/11. When the current CR expires one of two things happen. The lame duck Congress continues to kick the can down the road with another CR and the Air Force phase two contract marches in place. Or, a Federal Budget is passed and there can be forward movement toward a DoD sole source contract. What do you see as a possibility?
