Easy guy. There are manipulation and there are sellers who need $ for something. There are some they can't wait too long for stock go to NASDAQ. You can't paint someone basher or disgruntle investor and suggest to sell and move on.
To be honest the only person who could put stop to all these crazy stuff is DOC.
