Luis, thanks for your questions however there is no way of knowing the ipo date, the ipo price, what will happen on the first day, etc. I honestly have no idea about the timing or the pricing. We all know Nasdaq has different levels of starting prices at $2, $3 and $4 with different criteria for each. However those are minimum prices. What hurts us is there is already 400M shares of NGIO upon ipo. So it depends on what the market values us at with no current revenue, but hopefully huge revenues coming. Companies with revenues upon ipo do much better on opening day than companies that don’t have revenue. So if we go public this year, we may not do as well than if we go public early next year if a Covid trial is ongoing with good results. Let’s see what Joe thinks is best and can accomplish.
