Authorized, 180,428,456 and 178,300,337 shares issued at June 30, 2020 and December 31, 2019 so for example at 1.8 billion converts to a market price of $10.10? Hmm I think this is doable. Keep in mind the buyer will need to take this deal to their board. Lock and load buckle up! This could be it! Good luck this week!!!
