You have to consider the dilution that will occur when the Reg-A is allowed. If you read the last Amendment, that was 668,000,000+ shares, or 10 TIMES the current OS. Hopefully, if dilution outside the Reg-A stops, pps will rise and the price at which shares are offered in the Reg-A will reflect the then current market value, so the number issued would then be less than 668 million. But I don’t know that Mr. Kay will again amend the offer. If he does not, the market cap will be the present market cap (67million * .0066) OR (67million * .00374),
plus $2,350,000 (roughly) after expenses.
