The letter from Dr. Staelin, Chairman of the Board, was released on 10 Aug '20. So, in 60 days, or less, we have turned loose 150 sales reps. That's about 3 wks per class from beg'g of training to moving into the field.
Now, what about these sales reps? Do you think Medi-Launch hired the shy, retiring, wallflower types? No sir, not on your life. They hired smart, highly motivated, type 1-A Alphas, highly experienced people with a solid record of aggressively pursuing leads and making the sale; ideally and most likely in the medical device sector. Not the kind of people who need constant oversight to get going. Imagine 150 clones of VP of Sales Keith Nalepka.
I'm sure the monetary incentive is significant. During training, if not before, they well understood the opportunity. The opioid addiction problem is front and center. Everybody is lawyered up and insurance premiums for doctors and hospitals (and patients!) is a major expense. No matter the outcome of the court battles the solution has to include getting away from opioids as fast as possible.
Medical care, generally speaking, is a real mess and alternatives to the status quo are badly needed. Reliable, safe, and cost effective care is a rarity, unfortunately. Over 50% of bankruptcies are medically related and most households could not cope with a bill of $1,000. Emergency rooms are handling routine care and the system is bursting at the seams in every which way. I will have more to say on this at a later date.
RecoveryRX is one such solution. Safe, efficacious, cost effective with absolutely no side effects. B Braun already uses them so the precedent has been set.
