Hmmmm...the situation is being mis-represented? Sh

How is that ? Are you saying PCTL is making false statements about their relationship with the British NHS ? That does not make sense. Sounds like a familiar theme from another chat board, far, far away.
Maybe you should stop ignoring the obvious DD that's already out there in order to sell your questionable position on PCTL.
My DD says that this company you are touting has nowhere near the capabilities the NHS needs to successfully combat HAI's, especially at this point in time.
If we're throwing speculation around, maybe the NHS came to that same conclusion for whatever reason. No one knows....
Hospitals collaborate with company's all the time to expand their capabilities in all areas. This is not surprising. It doesn't mean they are in a business relationship with them.
Again I re-read that other companies website and I see a statement about a machine that produces onsite HOCL in a hospital settings. I see no pictures and no details on the product.
I don't see any product on the website. Kinda hard to sell a product with no visual frame of reference for potential buyers.
I don't see anything in that other companies news releases stating they have a machine in testing with the British NHS, or even in use. Again, I haven't dug very deeply but you would think something that important would be right out there.
PCTL has multiple systems NYC hospitals and is already being used in a clinical setting to fight HAI's. It' must be working, otherwise they wouldn't be using it. I would think that is exactly what the NHS needs at this point in time
PCTL's equipment has already been exhaustively tested by the NHS and by the hospital systems own statement has passed. They seemed pretty happy about it.
IMO opinion you argument is based on something else other than the obvious DD that is out there on PCTL and it's products.
