Trump's health

Putting politics aside and looking at it objectively:
Some may have heard his interview last night with Sean Hannity. Overall he sounded OK but did have moments where he sounded raspy and like he has a respiratory issue.
Obviously he's not resting and is probably exerting himself way too much for someone with covid and surely will continue to do so unless he has a significant setback. Either Sat or Sun will be 10 days since his first symptoms, which according to the CDC would make him not contagious provided his symptoms are improving and provided he doesn't have a fever and is not on fever-reducing medication...which could be a problem because he said in the interview that he's still on a steroid and dexamethasone can have an antipyretic effect (he also said he's not on any experimental drugs now).
It seems like he still could be in a precarious position. I hope he continues to improve but it makes me wonder what his docs really think about the situation..
Also makes me wonder if the steroid is a double edged sword, with it giving him the energy to exert himself too much, jeopardizing his health. Maybe one of our resident medical professionals has some insight into that.
