Grow up child, and show a little more patience.  Ranting will not accomplish ANYTHING.  Toughen up there military boy, it will happen, but this is not a microwave business.  If it is so irritating to you, then call Jim, or sell your divvies to Buc., and sell all of your other shares too,  You do not sound like you have the patience for adulthood.
