Yeah, that was interesting, Albert. Because if we go back to our "staleness date" discussion from a while ago, I think we confidently established that last year's K would be fresh thru the 2nd week of December.
And I believe our new K isn't due until 12/13 or 14. So if we're on track to beat those dates w the listing, it would seem he wouldn't need to update those S1s w the new K. If for some reason that is incorrect, then we would be hoping for a gift from Santa on the listing instead of hitting November.
