I think they will keep moving forward on the listing, and whatever deals fall into place will be incorporated into updates to the valuation along the way.
Since the S1s sound like they close to final approval, I still think the Halloween-to-Thanksgiving time range still looks pretty viable.
Also, Joe's comments to me about the ~3-day virtual road show (due to CV) bode well for timing. That knocks a couple of weeks off the process. And I'm glad that is an accepted practice these days, so Joe doesn't have to travel unnecessarily.
