Your misinterpretation of the terminology does not make a valid argument. The 'Obvious' that you simply do not grasp or understand is that the Civil, Legal Judgements of that settlement do NOT indicate any intent to violate the law. Your analisys of the settlement is complete bullshit and you are the one who is simply denying the obvious.
