I certainly like those numbers and would be interested in what method was used to determine p. I also am no stats expert but have worked in IT with many really knowledgeable ones. (no Motel 6 jokes please).
I was starting putting together a S/C list similar to what he/she has at the bottom to validate general mortality rate for SV/CR and I was coming up with around the same figure ( 30% - 40% ). Most of the studies are for the early stages when SOC was just evolving but the question is does that get balanced out by truly "last chance" patients that have a higher mortality rate.
Given that analysis I say we have a pretty good shot at having statistical significance and hopefully EUA. Thanks Dr. Z!
