I can't see the first 20 buys but after 1:00 it looks like

I can't see the first 20 buys but after 1:00 it looks like mostly 3's. I'm assuming 1's were bought/sold before that? It could be a possibility but there were a heck of a lot of buys at 3...Star definitely would do something like that... imo
