$WPNNF is undertaking a non-brokered private placement of up to 10 million units (the "Units"
at a price of CDN$0.10 per Unit for gross proceeds of up to CDN$1,000,000 (the "Offering". Each Unit consists of one common share of the Company (a "Share" and one Share purchase warrant (a "Warrant". Each Warrant will entitle the holder to acquire one additional Share at a price of CDN$0.20 per Share, for a period of 24 months from the date of issuance.
The Company may pay finder's fees and/or commissions to eligible persons in connection with the Offering in accordance with applicable securities laws and the policies of the Canadian Securities Exchange (the "CSE".
The net proceeds of the Offering will be used for product development (including research, development and testing of the Beta version of the Company's Sentinel Suite of products) and general corporate purposes.
