We have seen the data for CD10, with results far superior to remdesivir, which was granted EUA. Making the logical assumption that EUA is based on clinical results, better results should have elicited equal or better response from FDA.
That was not the case, as the EUA was not granted, with Cytodyn told to return with CD12 data.
Without a doubt, Mexico was never explained adequately IMO.
Cytodyn press release was poorly/incorrectly worded indicating EUA application, when it reportedly can only be requested. NP stares that their request, whether formal or informal, was rebuffed. My response is based on his assertion that request was denied.
