Now you're killing me rjs...lol. We are not near commercialization yet, we haven't even gotten FDA approval for the application. Then we need to go thru their trials. Then during the manufacturing stage I would think the $625K comes into play. Then upon actual commercialization, we get $10M. That is how I read it.
And they state in another place...

Then this, which implies that only $2M is being paid since they only what $2M back if we don't get FDA application approval within 6 months.
