Severe starts at SpO2 <94% which first treatment is cannula based oxygen.
The start of ARDS is where critical begins, not when organ failure is well developed. This is where you'll see intubation occuring. In EiND leronlimab did pretty damn well with intubated patients and even worked well in ECMO where there's a horrendous mortality rate.
Super-critical would be where you start to see sepsis and organ failure. Which would be typical of the first 11 patients at Montefiore.
