Build, it was confirmed by rjs with Joe that Bintai PR was wrong. We just need an FDA approval for our IND protocol, not the complete trials. So once NGIO submits the official protocol to FDA, they need to approve it and then the Bintai deal can proceed. Otherwise, I believe rjs said that Joe stated why would we need Bintai if we have FDA approval altogether. Then he would get hundreds of millions of dollars if we get FDA approval. Right now we are looking for FDA approval of just the protocol of the trial components.
