No state agency can think for itself in the system of mega-corporate financial capitalism. The ultimate puppeteers are not even the Big Pharma but those "too big to fall" banks who are the real Masters of the West. It is they who issue the marching orders to everyone of any significance: the City to MHRA, the Wall Street to the likes of Azars and Hahns. Or do you really think that the mountains of Big Bucks, likely the highest in the history of this racket, will be allowed to pass by the Masters into the pockets of some Iranian guy with a funny accent and his small-time retail investors?
