Here is a recent video of the POTUS
As an anesthesia provider I can tell you he is using a lot of accessory muscles to breathe. He has furrowed brow, grimacing as he moves, and is lacking his normal grandiose personality. If this is with steroids on board, he is not doing anywhere near as well as he is saying.
