I am a reasonably new investor and RMHB is my main stock and is going to be. I believe in this company and being a customer that enjoys its products I feel this company is going to go far.
That being said, and not being a stealth basher, I, as a shareholder of a fairly large number of shares would like an update on the current standing of our business.
1st quarter 10Q was approx. 5 months late, and now the 2nd 10Q is going on what, 3 months late with the 3rd quarter’s report being due soon. I understand covid has a great number of things haywire but if our accounting firm cannot handle the task, find one that can.
CBD Life has revealed that their drinks are going to be sold at GNC locations in Mexico. Why would it not be prudent for us to issue a press release sharing this great news of distribution expansion of one of our private label products?
Recently our shares were up to approximately .06 cents per share. Now they are slowly being manipulated back down. We have lost approximately 30 percent of share value, in my opinion, because of the delays in quarterly reports and lack of information. What are we, as investors, supposed to do?
Stay long, don’t sell, buy low, average down are all battle cries here. I am long and will be. I have 10 years until my retirement and will own at least until then. But the status of our company is our business also. We as investors of RMHB do have the right to know our sales and distribution successes. That is why quarterly reports are required by the Securities Exchange Commission.
All of that being said in frustration of lack of any information. As I said previously, I am in for the long haul as a consumer and investor. But help me want to invest more and not just let what I have invested ride. Give me any information, good or bad to keep us investors informed.
