I do hope it will become a widely accepted way to communicate and sell for very small businesses but, at least in the short term, I must say I do not see how we could truly reach out to that audience without investing massively in marketing.

We could try offering a free version but it’s always a risky move and does not seem to be the business model the management wants to apply.

I think there is still a gigantic market more easily addressable in the corporate world (direct sales and others). I am particularly intrigued by the synergies with Solofire. When I was reading the reviews of their offering, customers seemed to love it with a few caveats that Verb tech could tremendously enhance. As Red detailed, their competition is still much bigger but they are in a very signifiant market with a great product.
