"Again, with due respect, I doubt you know much ab

When someone has to state "with due respect" - what follows isn't respectful.
"Your messaging would make me more afraid, disincentivize me going to work or to restaurants or retailers or school, which leads to more unemployment, alcohol and drug use, depression, domestic abuse, assault, murder, suicide, and more. Reminds me of the basher tactics designed to sap hope and faith."
My messaging is follow the science. Wear a mask, keep 6 or more feet away, be aware of your personal health risk relative to your exposure risk. Yes, for some people that means not going to restaurants, school, etc.
"As a coach, leader, father, my message is suck it up. Believe in Gods love for you come what may. Don’t quit. Get your butt out there and beat this thing (team, challenge, whatever). The man’s leading our expectations, confidence, perseverance. Not recklessness."
You may place your covid destiny in your personal faith - I prefer to place my covid destiny in the science, and will keep my personal beliefs to myself.
"Gee whiz, gimme a break."
You are welcome to take a break.
