what i see is pretty basic
in Sept 2018 .. NR injected Millions of bogus IPIX *shares* to brutalize IPIX's PPS to 7c from 53c (Sept 2018 to Dec 31 2018)
that *effort* almost always gets *retail* to sell .. not continue to buy on the way down
that did not happen with IPIX (we got that confirmation in Sept 2019 with that 90% re: investors)
with the advent of C-19 in 2020 .. NR has been literally upended on IPIX
the reason why i've been showing the MM Monthly *volume* reported to Finra
is because it clearly shows when NR has to *inject* volume into IPIX to control the PPS as was done *imo* with Friday's news release
IPIX is a powder keg about to blow wide open .. i don't know what the exact event will be that lights the fuse .. i will leave that to those with more expertise than moi .. but i do know the *patterns* that NR *utilizes* against OTC targets that .. they are upside down on and *imo* in IPIX's case .. for years now
and what is so *telling* .. is to see how NR has to both *inject* volume to *dilute* DRS %s and *retain PPS control* of IPIX
as you know .. my expectation is that NR will have to show *volume* that makes what was done in the last 4 months of 2018 (from memory approx 55M~) look *low* .. my thinking currently is 50M to 100M in *volume* injection over 1 to 3 days .. as a reminder 2018's Volume for the year was 88M~ (again from memory)
note the YTD (EO August 2020 .. September's data due out next week)
