I don’t believe there are any completed trials for Regeneron antiviral mAb therapy.
Leronlimab has of course completed trials. CD10 and the hiv trials, so safety has been exhaustively demonstrated and efficacy in mild/moderate.
IMO it is the ongoing issue of physicians using the therapies with which they are familiar or from sources with which they are familiar (I.e. paid/bribed).
