all data REGN-COV2 high dose, seronegative patients, symptomatic and asymptomatic, no hospitalization at initial enrollment (would seem to correspond to mild/moderate)
https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT044256...amp;rank=3
Viral Load
REGN-COV2 has an escalating positive p value for reduction of viral load after 7 days depending on amount of initial viral load p= .03 for lowest level to p= .0015 for highest viral load. 99% reduction with high viral load
leronlimab - From Montefiore super-critical via Dr. Patterson, reduction in viral load at 7 days p= .00111
Symptom Alleviation (symptoms mild or absent)
REGN-COV2 - 13 days placebo, 8 days REGN-COV2 p= .22
leronlimab - From EIND and CD10 would seem to range from 3 days on up depending on initial disease severity.
