As I understand the MOA of the SARS2 virus and Leronlimab, no one has ever died of the virus itself! You would have to have no immune system what so ever for this to happen.
The fact that so many people are asymptomatic or only get mildly sick is a testament to their innate immune system doing its job and doing it well. This happens mostly in the viralogical stage of the infection.
People die in the immunological stage of the course of the disease. We learned this from Patterson. They die from a malfunctioning immune system. Leronlimab, as soon as it is administered, begins stopping RANTES by blocking the CCR5 receptors on a number of cell types.
Leronlimab does exactly the same thing even if RANTES is not around! It occupies the CCR5 receptor reliably for up to 60 days. No use in mild/moderate? NONSENSE! It acts like the BEST VACCINE EVER for 60 days!
If you catch SARS2 before you are administered Leronlimab at 1 day, 3 days, 7 days, 14 days, 30 days, 90 days - Leronlimab will always do what it can to bring your immune system back to homeostasis and that improved immune system is what will save you, if you haven't been damaged too much already by cytokine storm and clots, etc.
