I have posted previously about Proguardeum, PCTL's level 3 distributor based on Nevada. Proguardeum labeled PCTL fluid continues to be mentioned many places, one of the most regular spokesman is Dr. Lane Rolling, a Black virologist who appears on podcasts and radio shows regularly. He talks about Proguardeum on just about every show that I have listened to. He is also a member of the Covid Task Force for The National Black Caucus of State Legislators. He is the Chief Scientific Officer for SRS Inc, a partner company with Proguardeum.
