On the road for work it’s filet mignon but at home, where I am now, it changes to mahi-mahi (or other fish) filets. I rock it twice as hard on the road to make up for all those days stuck eating pescatarian with my family. Either way though, I limit the amount of vegetable because a guy can only take so much.
