Side effects of Hydroxychloroquine (Plaqenil) 250 MG/twice daily.
Recent study financed by NIH and University of Virginia. The drug was used on 368 patients at VA hospitals and findings suggest that drug led to more deaths and no benefit. Severe effects my include:
(1) blurred vision..can be permanent in some cases.
(2) Broncospasm.
(3) severe Hypoglycemia.
(4) Muscle weakness
(5)Heart disease...sometimes fatal.
(6) ringing/hearing loss
(7) abnormal mood swings, mental health effects, including suicidal thoughts.

Hair loss or changes in color.
