to certain directors, officers and consultants of the Company, with 1/3 of the of the RSUs vesting on December 31, 2021, 1/3 vesting on December 31, 2022, and 1/3 vesting on December 31, 2023. All of the RSUs will be subject to the terms of the Company's rolling restricted share unit plan and applicable securities law hold periods.
