Doesn’t matter. When you’re a preference biotech struggling to raise money and fund trials for COVID19, which has killed 200k+ in the U.S. alone, you look for every avenue for assistance. Even a small award of $30-50 million would expedite the trials. There is no excuse as to why CYDY hasn’t filed the BARDA application.
