The problem with this statement is that NP states over and over that he likes to be transparent and has historically shared every detail with the sharehodlers( day to day operations). I can’t even count the endless topics he’s mentioned that never materialized (Mexico, China, etc.).
The BARDA and OWS topic are important. They are (were) opportunities for small companies to get funding to help the fight against COVID19. To date, 9 companies have received $945,556,890 in grant money for therapeutics, including awards to Astra Zeneca and Regeneron. The lowest grant to a therapeutic company was $7 million but the average was $100 million. CYDY could’ve easily gotten an award based off EIND data.
