To be devil's advocate, now that NP has insisted he didn't block the paper it's literally a he said / he said situation.
In spite of NP being a little shady in terms of not always being forthcoming with info (surely he knew about the occupancy tests before), and without more information, I'm not going to take sides. Even though you and others have heard directly from BP, who's to say he isn't full of crap? Seems like a decent guy, but you can never really tell.
I'm going to let the NP vs BP thing go.
But goddamn, finish the BLA already.
