I don't think the occupancy data problem being withheld and calling Nader a liar is anywhere close to important. What is important is that Dr. Patterson's occupancy test did not generate the data needed for the FDA to accept it in the BLA. The BLA has been held up by Incell DX's mistake/poor test etc.. Why would you think that Nader needs to inform the investors that a vendor dropped the ball? The point is this was the set back and it was not Nader who caused it. Nader is clearly moving forward and solving the problem. We now know why Incell DX is not a vendor anymore and we know why the Dr Patterson paper is not published. I know the whole reason that we are all not multi-millionaires right now can only be because it must be Nader's fault according to many here, but in this case it is clear to me that a vendor blew it, and the CEO is fixing it.
for future reference, to call someone a liar is a very strong accusation. There is nothing easy about funding and navigating the drug approval process. the hurdles and difficulties are to be expected. because they exist does not make a CEO a liar.
