$PCTL Why have no 8K’s been filed on any of these developments?
PCTL candid and grassroots posture is an ill fit for the typically corrupt OTC. The ill preparedness hesitating and improvisation coupled with the vagueness and obvious omitted quantitive values is suspect and cause for my alarm. Many ways to describe you perceptions as CEO on evaluations without blurring disclosures or breaking laws. I’m worried your vision as a CEO is about to derail this stock. CEO seems to have tunnel vision and a difficult time staying on topic and a difficult time describing his conclusions.
NEVER ANSWERED ~ danced around and tried to explain how the stock was more powerful at settling debt than the dollar or the dollar was more powerful at building the business - it’s a good theory but has nothing to do with my question.
Do you foresee the need to restructure the stock? Reverse Split.

Do you foresee or desire the need to adjust the amount of authorized shares of common stock in the foreseeable future?
