Let me chime in here to help you out, because you are both correct!
The SeaSearcher will never, ever “work” to find treasure, or ship wrecks, or anything remotely close to resembling new technology. In this sense it does not exist, and it never will.
The SeaSearcher does “work” very well to suck more “investor” money away from the sheep. That is why KK created it. The SeaSearcher is an important prop in his magic show, and it has indeed been working very well in that way, as well as to pay for more of KK’s little boat rides at the sheep’s expense. In this sense, it does exist in a very real way in the mind’s of the sheep.
So I think you gentlemen should stop arguing, as you are both correct.
