A concept is just an idea. When you are doing testing on equipment it is no longer a concept.
No tech means it does not exist.
When you say "if it exists..." it means you are saying it does not exist.
When you nickname it a fairy tale name you are saying it doesn't exist.
Your implication over many posts was to imply it did not exist... until you switched to it "already" existing in your attack strategy.
So you were wrong. And you are wrong now.
