Yes, and it's shameful, also, that the re-sellers who are able to successfully forestall payments to SFT are, at the same time, collecting interest on / investing money that's rightfully ours.
There seems to be no enforcement mechanism in place to follow up with channel partners to make sure they are forwarding licensing fees they collect in a timely manner.
At this point there seems to be no downside for them to hold onto our money indefinitely. If, anything, our CEO habitually makes excuses for those "partners".
