If Tried&Tested is going live at Heathrow Airport next week, one would expect the event to publicized on the LHR website. But it is not.

Collinson and Swissport are two companies with airport expertise and one with medical background. Their first testing facility in terminal 2 was ready on 8/19 and another was to be ready by the end of August.

Apparently, the problem with making the facility operational is the British government. The facility was set up to provide test-on-arrival so that the British government 14 day quarantine requirement could be shortened/avoided if your test was negative.
But the British government is maintaining it 14 day quarantine requirement.
