Could Investors/Cytodyn wait?? I know investors

I know investors are anxious to get Nasdaq uplifting but if it requires selling stock to raise equity, wouldn't it be smarter to wait until we get results from CD12, hear back from MRHA, so that the stock price can increase (assuming positive results of course) rather than liquidate at current SP?
I know Nader said on a CC that we could (or would) do this within 24-48 hours of hearing back from Nasdaq, but wouldn't we (Cytodyn and actual investors on this board) rather liquidate less shares to raise necessary capital?
There's also this Therapeutics for Covid conference in a week:

Are we pigeon-held in to liquidating at the $3 dollar range because he said it on a CC? (Nader can you stop promising dates on CCs??)
Does Nasdaq (or now press/shorts) require us to come up with equity within 24-48 hours or can we wait until our stock improves after positive news and new investors learn about leronlimab/Cytodyn. (Maybe they allow 30 days or something, if so maybe we could given the next few weeks).
Thoughts?
