Cytodyn paid for the testing to obtain that data, Cytodyn owns that data. Cytodyn did not pay IncellDX to develop any new tests or testing arrays so they would have no rights to any patents for that. Nader's attorneys would have told him so. It would be unlikely any patent grab from Nader is at fault.
That Bruce was initially credited with the idea of leronlimab's use in CCR5 and now is not, it may be that Bruce wanted co-credit on a patent for that. If they want they can use my post on influenza and leronlimab as prior art. And no I won't want any part of any patent.
