If I put my nefarious hat on, then I can come up with a vague outline of how this is supposed to work...
Bruce's published paper will increase the stock price
Therefore, it would make sense for anyone to increase their shares before this happens.
Nader or anyone in CYDY can't just buy shares on the market without looking like insider trading
So then setup a future award of shares through a shareholder vote..
Then use whatever means to delay publication until shares are awarded.
That's my attempt to suss out motivation. Believe it or don't. I'm not sure I do, but it's more meat than some vague accusations.
I will contemplate this on the Tree Of Woe
