From my limited LLC experience this looks great especially with today's " real bad actors" IDENTITY THEIFS.....
Being a 50/50 collaboration the NU LLC is responsible for daily costs and expenses recruiting new roads to travel on.....since this was a 1.5M investment the ROI will probably take a while but the steam is there & hope it turns into a raging river...
Joe's vision and how we get there is under his CEO control...but I personally LOVE my version of where his vision will get US & that's why I invested for the GODCHILDREN & 1 GREAT GRAND CHILD....gotta find a way to help #2 GGC as #3 is already on the horizon
We LONGS probably hope that from this path we reach the AUTOBAHN but there will probably find out as we all do that along the way there will be yield signs, merge lanes, stop signs & maybe even a RR crossing but we our ON OUR WAY.& HOPIN it is what all of us LONGS thought it would be....
