Closet, can you explain why this would benefit NP

Closet, can you explain why this would benefit NP or CYDY? I am not trying to argue. As a shareholder I am trying to understand. I would think publication of paper would ADD Value to CYDY validating LL science which would INCREASE the likelihood of stock holder approval of comp plan. Why would NP purposely shoot down a WIN for LL? How could this possibly encourage shareholders to approve the comp plan- that is what you are implying? that seems madness.

I just don't get it.
