gbonation, I for one don't doubt what you are saying,but I wasn't there and with that being said I will also say that this is business, and in business such as this and any competitive market everyone wants something for something or nothing. Law suits in this in business happen quite frequently unfortunately. That's the way of the world of get rich anyway you can. Some of these cases are legit but most are frivolous. Nader is not everyone's cup of tea I understand that, and I'm sure he is not the only CEO that stock holders wanted removed. To that point CDiddy is correct. I've always held true to never believe anything I've heard and only half of what I've seen. I believe that is a great formula in doing part of your DD to keep your portfolio from being an emotional mess. So as I appreciate you trying (for some reason) to protect us, PLEASE only do it with solid proof!
