Hopefully the MSO gets back up and running once Generex is ready. The acquisition was risky imho because of an ongoing FBI investigation into the principals of Veneto that was also noted in GNBT SEC filings detailing the acquisition agreement. Generex was trying to safeguard themselves in case the top brass at Veneto faced criminal charges. Personally, I’d much rather that Generex only target clean companies for any acquisition attempt.
