I spoke with Sam Kerr yesterday and he says they're in the midst of filing the first Q for the quarter that ended 12/30. Bloomberg has a market cap value at $279M while Yahoo has it over $350M. He also said there's no availability of free trading shares while there is demand... and control is in the hands of public owners who hold a percentage of the equity, creating the bid and ask.... the company has no control over the pps according to Kerr and insiders with restricted shares cannot sell and would have to file Form 4 (would be public) but it's unknown why TRII is trading the way it is (meaning very little volume).
BTW, according to regulations, restricted shares cannot be traded for at least six months.
The OS remains at 338,100,000....
Best to all with TRII!
